On July 8, Chau Pha Commune Police (HCMC) coordinated with functional units under HCMC Police to verify and clarify a serious traffic accident that occurred in the area, killing one person.
Previously, at about 9:25 pm on July 7, Mr. N.H. D (born in 2007, permanently residing in Khanh Hoa) was driving a motorbike with license plate 72F2-02xx on Phu My - Chau Pha road in the direction of Phu My. When reaching the area of power pole 475CD-101-107, a collision occurred with a truck with license plate 50E-085. xx driven by P.M.T (born in 1985, residing in Dong Thap province) traveling in the same direction. The collision killed Mr. N.H. D on the spot, the motorbike was damaged.
Functional agencies quickly arrived to protect the scene to conduct verification and clarification. Initial inspection of the car driver showed no alcohol concentration, negative for drugs.
Currently, functional agencies are continuing to collect information and consolidate dossiers to clarify the cause of the accident and resolve it according to legal regulations.
