On the morning of April 23, Hai Chanh Commune Police said that at around 8:30 a.m. the same day, at Km790+900 National Highway 1A (through My Chanh Village, Hai Chanh Commune), H.N.H.L (born in 2009, residing in Nam Chanh Village, Hai Chanh Commune) was driving a motorbike with license plate 74F1-272.xx and collided with a truck with license plate 29K-056.xx, driven by Nguyen Ngoc D (born in 1981, residing in Tang Long Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi City) traveling in the same direction.
The strong collision caused H.L to die on the spot.
Immediately after the accident, the authorities were present at the scene to regulate traffic and conduct initial examinations to determine the cause of the incident.
The case is currently being further investigated and clarified.
