The accident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on April 12 at the intersection between the road from National Highway 1 to My Thanh and the access road to Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway in Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District.
At that time, a tractor-trailer with license plate 50H-008.59 driven by driver N.P.T (born in 1997, residing in Quang Binh province) was traveling from National Highway 1 to My Thanh and was turning towards the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway when it collided with a motorbike traveling in the opposite direction.
This motorbike has license plate 86C1-166.57 driven by B.T.N (born in 1981, residing in Ham Kiem commune). The collision caused Mr. T to die on the way to the emergency room. The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police and other professional units examined the scene and requested an autopsy to investigate the incident.
