According to information received on April 3, Canh Tan Commune Police, Cao Bang province, have just received and promptly handled a case with signs of fraud, luring minors to work for hire with attractive income.
Previously, on April 2, Ms. N.T. H (residing in Tan Hoa hamlet) reported that her son, T.H. L (born in 2011), was approached and invited by some strangers to come to Hanoi to work with the promise of "light work, high salary".

Immediately after receiving the report, Canh Tan Commune Police quickly deployed professional measures to verify and clarify the incident. Through initial verification, at about 7 am on April 2, a car came to pick up child T.H. L and leave the locality.
The police force immediately contacted the bus company to verify information and determined that child T.H. L was in the car, moving in the direction of Thai Nguyen. The commune police have requested the bus company to coordinate and bring the child back to the locality to ensure safety.
By the night of the same day, the family had picked up baby T.H. L and brought her home safely.
According to the police agency, initially it was determined that the subjects used social networks to approach victims, making attractive invitations such as light work, high income, and no experience required to create trust.

This is not a new trick but increasingly sophisticated, often targeting teenagers - people who lack life experience and are easily influenced by promises.
Reality has recorded many cases where after being lured out of the locality, victims are forced to participate in illegal activities, illegal labor or are exploited.
Canh Tan Commune Police recommends that parents need to strengthen management and care for their children, especially relationships and activities in cyberspace. Absolutely do not let children voluntarily follow strangers without clearly verifying the information.
In addition, when detecting suspicious signs, people need to promptly notify the nearest police agency for support and handling.
Functional agencies also request people to raise their vigilance against "light work, high salary" tricks, and at the same time actively coordinate with functional forces in preventing and combating crimes, contributing to protecting the safety of youth in the area.
