New information on the case of 32 students suspected of rat poison poisoning in Tuyen Quang
Bach Mai Hospital received 32 students from Phu Binh Primary School, Tuyen Quang City, suspected of rat poison poisoning.
On the evening of January 22, the Pediatric Center and the Poison Control Center of Bach Mai Hospital continuously received students from Phu Binh Primary School, Tuyen Quang City.
According to the parents, the children mistakenly drank the liquid suspected to be rat poison because they thought it was candy syrup. A second grader said he tried drinking it because it smelled like candy syrup, but then felt bitter and spit it out. Many other children suffered stomach aches and showed signs of poisoning shortly after returning home.

Thousands of teachers in Hanoi will receive bonuses after Tet
According to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the Hanoi City Party Committee and People's Committee have approved the proposal of the Department of Finance and the Department of Education and Training, and submitted it to the People's Council for approval to reward teachers according to Decree 73.
The bonuses will be taken from the city budget. It is expected that the bonuses will be paid to teachers after the City People's Council meets and passes a resolution, possibly after the Lunar New Year holiday.

Binh Dinh builds a trillion-dollar coastal road connecting Quang Ngai
On January 24, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province Pham Anh Tuan has agreed to the investment policy to build the coastal road project from Thien Chanh bridge (Hoai Nhon town) to Quang Ngai.
The starting point of the Coastal Road project, Thien Chanh bridge section, is the end point of the DT639 Coastal Road project, from Lai Giang bridge to Thien Chanh bridge (Hoai Nhon town); the end point is at the border of Binh Dinh and Quang Ngai provinces (the connection point with the extended coastal route of Quang Ngai province, from the end point of the main road of Sa Huynh tourist area).
The project has a total cost of 1,088 billion VND, invested by the Binh Dinh Provincial Traffic Project Management Board. The project implementation period is from 2025 to 2028.
