Group arrested for forging health certificates in Hanoi
On December 27, Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi City, announced that they had just dismantled a ring that produced fake health certificates from many hospitals, and detained many subjects to investigate the act of "Forging seals and documents of organizations".
The investigation agency seized dozens of fake health certificates from Bach Mai Hospital, Transport Hospital Joint Stock Company, E Hospital; 1 red seal with a round stamp: "Hoang Phat Dat Construction Mechanical Company Limited", 1 seal engraving machine, 1 photo printer, 1 document printer... Currently, the police agency is continuing to investigate and expand the case.

Oyster shells pile up, surrounding the coastal lagoon of Ninh Thuan
Nai Lagoon in Ninh Hai district is one of 12 large coastal lagoons in Vietnam, currently surrounded by a large amount of oyster shells, causing loss of aesthetics and environmental pollution.
People living along the Nai lagoon embankment in Tri Hai commune and Khanh Hai town, Ninh Hai district reported that oyster shells were dumped on the Nai lagoon embankment, causing loss of aesthetics and environmental pollution.

Fire on 14th floor of apartment building in HCMC, many people evacuated
On the afternoon of December 27, Thu Duc City Police blocked off the scene of the fire at HQC Binh Trung Dong apartment building, No. 3, Street 63, Binh Trung Dong Ward, Thu Duc City.
The fire broke out at noon that day, smoke billowed from the apartment on the 14th floor of the apartment building and many residents began to evacuate themselves outside.
Up to now, the police have not announced the exact damage, however, many residents who are elderly, women who have just given birth, and children were brought out in a state of difficulty breathing and were given first aid on the spot and taken to the nearest medical facility.
