Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee directs the implementation of a new land price list
On January 21, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Minh Thanh signed a document conveying the direction of the Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on organizing the implementation of the land price list for the first time applied from January 1, 2026.
Previously, on December 26, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council issued Resolution No. 87/2025/NQ-HDND stipulating the land price list for the first time applied from January 1, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the direction, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize dissemination, guidance and implementation of Resolution No. 87/2025/NQ-HDND in accordance with legal regulations.
According to the new land price list, in the previous Ho Chi Minh City area, residential land prices were adjusted with a coefficient of 1 to 1.65 times compared to the price list issued in 2024.

Female worker recounts the moment she rescued a newborn baby in a ditch

On January 21, one day after discovering the newborn baby abandoned in the ditch, Ms. Pham Thuy Linh (born 1993, residing in Viet Yen street, Quang Phu ward, Thanh Hoa province) was still in shock when recalling the time she discovered the newborn baby abandoned in the ditch.
Sharing with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, Ms. Linh said that she is a worker at Thanh Hoa Environment and Urban Works Joint Stock Company. At about 6 am on January 20, after finishing her morning work and returning home, she was informed by a neighbor that a newborn baby had been abandoned in the ditch. Hearing the news, she hurriedly ran out to check.

2 excellent students in the same class win first prize in the national exam

In which, Nguyen Tuan Phong and Tran Gia Vy, students of 12th grade CA1, are one of two pairs of students in the same class, with the same English team, who both won first prizes at this year's exam.
