Da Nang dismantles a large-scale ring of forging documents and storing weapons
On April 11, the Criminal Police Department of Da Nang City Police announced that it had just successfully dismantled a special project "forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations" combined with illegal storage and trading of primitive weapons and support tools on a large scale across the country.
Previously, in early March, the authorities discovered a number of subjects with suspicious signs related to the act of forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations through the purchase and sale of fake driving licenses, certificates and licenses. It was then determined that P.V.T (27 years old, residing in Cam Le District, Da Nang City) was an important link in the network, playing the role of receiving, transporting and trading illegal goods in Da Nang.
Coordinating with the Department of Technical and Professional Affairs (Ministry of Public Security), Da Nang City Police quickly identified the ringleaders operating in the Southern region. Working groups were deployed to Lam Dong, Long An and Ho Chi Minh City to continue investigating and verifying.

Hai Phong reclaims 249 apartments in 2 sunken apartment buildings
The City People's Committee has just issued a decision on the revocation of public property housing for owners and users of old apartment buildings A7 and A8 Van My.
According to Decision No. 1108/QD-UBND of Hai Phong City People's Committee, the reason the city reclaims public property housing from owners and users of old apartment buildings A7 and A8 Van My is due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Yagi) in 2024 and post-storm circulation. A7 and A8 Van My apartment buildings are tilted and sunk beyond the permitted limit according to national standard TCVN 9381: 2012, no longer meeting the safety conditions for continued use (1.158% lower than the standard of 0.7%).
Previously, on September 27, 2024, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City issued Decision No. 3467/QD-UBND on emergency relocation for owners and users of old apartment buildings A7 and A8 Van My.
