Proposal to build Phu Yen - Dak Lak expressway
The Dak Lak - Phu Yen Inter-provincial People's Committee has just submitted a proposal for an investment plan to build a high-speed road under the public-private partnership method. Regarding the total investment scale, the expected length is 122km, the starting point intersects with the North-South expressway in the east, the end point intersects with National Highway 14. The scale of 4 lanes is complete, with continuous emergency lanes, roadbed width is 24.75m, designed speed of 100km/h.
The total investment capital is about VND 29,655 billion, the project implementation period is from 2025 to 2029. The investment in the Phu Yen - Dak Lak expressway aims to form an East - West horizontal axis connecting the Central Highlands with the South Central Coast, connecting the vertical axis system (North - South expressway in the East, North - South expressway in the West, Ho Chi Minh road, Truong Son Dong road, National Highway 1, coastal road).

Fishing boat in Quang Ngai sank at sea, 11 fishermen were rescued
On June 18, the leader of the People's Committee of Ly Son district, Quang Ngai province confirmed that a fishing boat had sunk in the sea near Ly Son island. Previously, at around 4am the same day, fishing boat QNg-950.39TS of fisherman Bui Van Trung (residing in Binh Chau commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province) was on its way back from a long fishing trip at sea.
When arriving about 1 nautical mile from Be Island (Ly Son Island District), the ship suddenly broke water and sank completely. There were 11 crew members on board. Due to the sudden incident and some people sleeping in the compartment, the captain shouted for the fishermen to jump into the sea to escape. Fortunately, two of the basket boats on the boat had broken ropes and floated at sea. The fishermen promptly clinged to and sent out a distress signal.

Ca Mau Police investigate the illegal issuance of invoices for C.P's branches
On June 18, the Investigation Police Agency of Ca Mau Province Police assigned to handle information about crimes related to a slaughterhouse in Ca Mau issuing unusually high invoices. The Investigation Police Agency of Ca Mau Province Police received information from the Tax Department regarding the business household V.B, slaughtering livestock and poultry in the area about issuing invoices to many branches of CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as CP Vietnam Company) for a large amount of money.
According to the inspection results of the authorities, from June to December 2022, business household V.B issued invoices for processing a total of more than 8,600 pigs for slaughter at 7 branches of C.P Vietnam Company. Branches issued invoices by V.B facility include: Can Tho branch; Branch 3 in Dong Nai; Tien Giang branch; Binh Phuoc branch; Branch 1 in Kien Giang; Bac Lieu branch and Hau Giang branch. The total value recorded on the invoices during this period was more than VND 1.207 billion.
