Due to the appearance of unidentified flying devices, Tho Xuan airport will temporarily suspend operations from 6:00 p.m. on June 16 to 6:00 a.m. on June 17 to ensure flight safety.
On June 16, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of Tho Xuan Airport (Thanh Hoa province) said that on the evening of June 15, unidentified flying objects continued to appear in the airport area. The incident forced two flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Thanh Hoa of Vietjet Air to change direction, landing at Noi Bai airport (Hanoi) and Vinh airport (Nghe An).
