Forecast of storm number 3 causing the heaviest rain and wind
According to data from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, due to the influence of storm No. 3, last night and this morning (September 7), the Northeastern region had moderate rain, with some places experiencing heavy to very heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warned that the time frame for the heaviest rain and strong winds due to storm No. 3 in Hanoi is from 6 p.m. on September 7 to 1 a.m. on September 8.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Huong - Head of Weather Forecast Department, National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, storm No. 3 will cause very heavy rain in the Northern region, the heavy rain in the Northeast region will be concentrated today and tonight (September 7).
Heavy rain will spread to the Northwest region this afternoon and tonight and this rain will last until September 9.

King Meo Hoang A Tuong's mansion gets a new look after restoration
In the center of the Bac Ha white plateau (Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province), Hoang A Tuong mansion (also known as King Meo in Lao Cai) is located on a solid land "leaning on the mountain and stepping on the water". Behind is Co Tien mountain, in front is a stream, on the left and right are high and rugged mountain ranges.
After nearly a year of construction, the Hoang A Tuong mansion in Bac Ha town, Bac Ha district is about to complete its renovation. The Hoang A Tuong mansion was built in 1914 and completed in 1921 with Asian-European architecture on an area of over 4,000 square meters.

This childcare center has been operating since 2106 but without a license, raising and caring for 35 children with intellectual disabilities.
