To ensure safety against storm number 3 (storm Yagi), many provinces and cities let students stay home from school and arrange make-up classes.
Thai Binh students will have Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7 off to avoid storm No. 3.
Bac Giang Department of Education and Training also sent a document on continuing to respond to storm No. 3 to its affiliated units and Heads of Departments of Education and Training of districts, towns and cities.
In Hai Phong, on the afternoon of September 5, Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung chaired a meeting with functional departments, units and localities on prevention work No. 3 (super typhoon Yagi).
