Gasoline prices drop across the board from this afternoon
Gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously since 3:00 p.m. today (October 24) after adjustments by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance. In today's adjustment session, RON 95 gasoline price decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at 20,890 VND/liter (down 70 VND/liter). E5 RON 92 gasoline price decreased compared to the previous adjustment period, at 19,690 VND/liter (down 40 VND/liter).
Prices of some oil products increased and some decreased. Of which, diesel price decreased by 270 VND, now 18,050 VND/liter; kerosene has a new price of 18,570 VND (down 50 VND/liter); mazut has a new price of 16,220 VND/kg (up 130 VND/kg).

The residential road along both sides of Hung Loi Bridge (Ninh Kieu District) is muddy and full of potholes, making it difficult for people to travel. The road is only about 200m long, but the road surface is severely damaged, with many deep holes filled with water.

However, the Hung Loi bridge residential road arose later, and during the handover process, this road section was not handed over to the city for management.

Ministry of Education and Training drops proposal to exempt tuition fees for teachers' children
According to the latest draft of the Law on Teachers, the Ministry of Education and Training has dropped the proposal to spend about VND9,200 billion each year to exempt tuition fees for teachers' children. Mr. Vu Minh Duc - Director of the Department of Teachers and Educational Managers - said that the above adjustment was made after receiving comments from the National Assembly Standing Committee on this draft on October 8.
Previously, the Ministry proposed exempting tuition fees for biological and legally adopted children of working teachers. Based on the age of teachers and the estimated age of their children, the estimated expenditure is about VND9,200 billion per year.
