On October 23, the Traffic Police - Order Team (CSGT - TT) of Thu Duc City Police coordinated with Phu Huu Ward Police, Cat Lai Ward Police and related units to check alcohol and drug levels of tractor-trailer and truck drivers at Phu Huu and Cat Lai ports.
At Phu Huu port, dozens of drivers were invited by traffic police to check alcohol and drug levels and related documents.

Hundreds of tons of waste dumped on coffee garden in Da Lat
Hundreds of tons of waste from the Waste Treatment Plant in Da Lat city suddenly collapsed, burying the people's coffee garden.
On October 23, the leader of the People's Committee of Xuan Truong Commune, Da Lat City (Lam Dong Province) said that the authorities had organized a meeting with representatives of the Xuan Truong Solid Waste Treatment Plant located in the area. The meeting was related to the waste from the plant falling into the coffee gardens of the people.
Previously, on October 22, hundreds of tons of solid waste from the factory yard on a high hill suddenly collapsed below.

Big fire at Pho Quang pagoda in Phu Tho
A fire broke out at Pho Quang Pagoda in Xuan Lung commune, Lam Thao district.
At noon on October 23, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of Xuan Lung Commune People's Committee confirmed that a fire had just broken out in the area.
The fire broke out at around 10am the same day at Pho Quang Pagoda (also known as Xuan Lung Pagoda). Firefighters are currently at the scene to put out the fire.
