Hanoi spends more than 16,000 billion VND to build a healthcare area for the elderly
Hanoi City plans to invest more than 16,000 billion VND to build a health - elderly health care complex associated with Hanoi Medical University in Hoang Mai ward, to meet the requirements of health care in the context of rapid population aging.
On the morning of January 14, at the 4th Conference of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Hanoi City People's Committee submitted a request for opinions on the policy of implementing the Investment Project to build the Medical - Elderly Health Care Complex - Hanoi Medical University.
According to the submission, the project implementation demonstrates the determination of Hanoi City in concretizing the major policies of the Party and State on protecting, caring for and improving people's health; and at the same time forming a modern health - education - research model, with a long-term strategic scope.

People voluntarily hand over rare clove
On January 14, information from the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that at about 11 am on January 13, at Km23+500 provincial road 505B (area of Cay Nghia village, Xuan Thai commune), a patrol and control task force of Traffic Police Team No. 2 received a culi individual voluntarily handed over by people.
The culi individual was discovered by Mr. Bui Van Chien (resident of Ap Cu village, Xuan Thai commune) in the kitchen area. After safely arresting and learning information, Mr. Chien knew that this was a rare animal, so he proactively took it to hand over to functional agencies.

Fishing boat suddenly sank while anchoring near the port entrance in Lam Dong
On January 14, fishing vessel numbered BTH 84739TS owned by Mr. P.V.M (resident of Phu Thuy ward) sank while anchored under the river in the Phu Hai bridge area. This location is about 1km from the Phu Hai port entrance.
According to initial information, in the early morning of the same day, after finishing the fishing trip, the fishing boat returned and anchored at the above location.
At the time of low tide, the ship was located in the area with an underground sand dune, so it tilted. After that, water flooded in, causing the ship to sink.
