The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just announced the 3rd exam subject of the 10th grade public high school entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year. Accordingly, the 3rd exam subject in the 10th grade public high school entrance exam in Hanoi this year is foreign languages. Candidates register to take one of the languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean (candidates are allowed to register to take a foreign language other than the foreign language they are learning at the lower secondary school).
The Foreign Language exam is in the form of objective multiple-choice, the exam time is 60 minutes; there are many exam codes in one exam room, ensuring the principle: 2 adjacent candidates do not match the exam code; candidates take the exam on the Multiple-choice Answer Sheet; the results of the candidate's exam on the Multiple-choice Answer Sheet are graded using computer software.

National Highway 13 expansion in Ho Chi Minh City is being accelerated on the eve of Tet.
On January 29, the construction site of the National Highway 13 expansion project, the section passing through old Binh Duong, was more bustling and bustling in the section from Vinh Binh Bridge to Ong Bo Bridge, about 5.5 km long. In today's adjustment session on January 29, 2026, gasoline prices simultaneously increased compared to the price adjustment period last week. In which, E5 RON 92 gasoline is priced at 18,339 VND/liter (up 56 VND/liter). RON 95-III gasoline is priced at 18,845 VND/liter (up 214 VND/liter).
Prices of oil items simultaneously increased. Diesel oil 0.05S is priced at 18,173 VND/liter (up 473 VND/liter); kerosene has a new price of 18,176 VND/liter (up 226 VND/liter); mazut oil 180CST 3.5S is priced at 14,633 VND/kg (up 761 VND/kg). Also in today's operating period, the operator did not make provisions or use the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund - BOG for all gasoline and oil items.
