Mobilizing 50 people to extinguish the dry grass fire in Binh Thuan
On March 24, Binh Thuan Provincial Police said that in Hoa Thang Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan Province, a fire broke out on dry grass and ground cover with the risk of spreading. Hoa Thang Commune Police and local forces promptly deployed measures to extinguish the fire.
The fire arose from burning dry grass and vegetation near a tourist area in Hoa Thang commune. Due to strong winds, the fire broke out and there was a risk of spreading to the nearby cajuput forest.

The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has just issued a document guiding a number of contents of organizing the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Accordingly, the exam questions for candidates taking the exam for the General Education Program are issued with Decision No. 16/2006/QD-BGDDT dated May 5, 2006, the Continuing Education Program is issued with Decision No. 50/2006/QD-BGDDT dated November 7, 2006 (abbreviated as the General Education Program 2006) as follows:

Ho Chi Minh City and 4 provinces are about to build a strategic route of 207 km
Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Long An are preparing to implement the Ring Road 4 project with a length of 207 km, opening a strategic traffic axis.
Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 has a total length of about 207km, passing through 5 provinces, including: Ho Chi Minh City (16.7km); Binh Duong (47.95km); Dong Nai (46.08km); Ba Ria - Vung Tau (18.23km); Long An (78.3km, including the section through Long An 74.5km long, the section through Ho Chi Minh City 3.8km long).
For the section through Binh Duong province, this locality will implement an independent project according to the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.
The remaining sections passing through 4 localities will be combined into a comprehensive project to submit to the National Assembly for approval.
