Drilling more than 1km deep to find coal in the middle of Ha Long
According to information from the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV), the Information Technology and Environment Joint Stock Company (VITE), a member of TKV, has just completed the HR249 borehole with a depth of 1,170m at the Ha Rang mine of the Hon Gai Coal Company.
This is the deepest borehole that VITE Company has ever undertaken.
Drill hole HR249 belongs to the Ha Rang coal mine exploration project, Vu Oai commune and Ha Khanh ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province with an expected depth of 1,070m and extended to 1,290m, with the task of studying seams from 18÷13.

Cruise ships and tourist boats bobbing on the Can Tho River
From Ninh Kieu wharf, many yachts and tourist boats bustlingly parade on Can Tho river to Cai Rang floating market.
The parade is part of a series of events to celebrate the Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta Tourism and Trade Week in Can Tho; in response to the 8th Can Tho City "Cai Rang Floating Market Culture" Tourism Festival in 2024.

Nearly 90-year-old bridge in Bao Loc gets a new look
In recent days, the Women's Union of Bao Loc City (Lam Dong) has mobilized its staff and members to repaint the entire Dai Lao Bridge (old); at the same time, invested in planting fresh flower beds and installing a new LED lighting system for the bridge.
Thanks to that, the old Dai Lao bridge has been given a new, beautiful, sparkling, and vibrant coat.
