The special and impressive highlight of the program was the team approval and mass parade with the participation of nearly 3,000 officers and soldiers representing units under the Hanoi Police and the people of the capital; 245 specialized motor vehicles belonging to the professional forces of the City Police. Along with that are the People's Public Security martial arts performances with high level and technique, demonstrating comprehensive combat capabilities, ready to respond to all situations of Hanoi City Police.

On September 9, 2024, the Red River flood rose high and flowed rapidly due to the impact of Storm No. 3 Yagi, in Phu Tho province, Phong Chau bridge collapsed, causing many losses in human lives and property. In October 2024, immediately after being assigned the task of building the new Phong Chau bridge, the Thang Long Project Management Board (Investor) and Truong Son Construction Corporation (construction unit) urgently mobilized human resources and means to carry out the work.
After more than 200 days and nights since the start of construction, the work of casting and balancing the main spans is now being implemented. The total project implementation value reached over 75%.

3 wooden houses of a household burned down at noon
The fire broke out fiercely at noon on August 10, burning down 3 wooden houses of a household in Thai Yen village, Huong Do commune, Ha Tinh province. Immediately afterwards, local people and officials tried to put out the fire, but due to the heat, 3 wooden houses were made of flammable materials, so the fire quickly broke out fiercely and could not be extinguished.
