Proposal not to let people in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City register new gasoline motorbikes
Individuals and households residing in the low-emission zone in the center are not allowed to register new motorbikes and mopeds using fuel.
This is one of the notable contents in the vehicle emission control project developed and proposed by the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center (under the Department of Construction).
The project proposes to pilot the establishment of a low emission zone (LEZ - Low Emission Zone) in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City in 2026. The area is bordered by 15 bridges and 17 main roads, forming an "emission control belt".

On August 8, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police is investigating a criminal case of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" that occurred at the Tue Nghiem Feng Shui tattoo spraying facility (address 01 Nguyen Du, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa).
The investigation process showed that the subjects took advantage of the permission to perform cosmetic tattoo spraying to provide false information such as changing the shape, size, and color of body parts; dipping in the phlegm notes; improving the ears, nose, eyes; cheek tissue cushioning, the chin, the chin, etc. to improve property, reputation, health, and family happiness, thereby appropriating customers' money.
