Heavy rain, many places in Quang Binh are isolated
On November 5, the People's Committee of Tuyen Hoa district (Quang Binh province) said that heavy rain caused localized flooding in some bridges, culverts and residential areas in the area.
Heavy rain from the night of November 4 to noon of November 5 caused two overflow bridges leading to Ban Chuoi (Lam Hoa commune) to be flooded from 0.5 to 1 meter deep, locally isolating 19 households/96 people. The overflow bridge in Ban Ke was flooded about 0.6 meters deep, locally isolating 62 households/256 people.

Proposed subway fare in Ho Chi Minh City from 6,000 - 20,000 VND
After many months of collecting opinions, the Department of Transport of Ho Chi Minh City has just submitted a document to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the issuance of ticket prices for Metro Line 1.
For one-way tickets, passengers using cash will pay from 7,000 VND to 20,000 VND per trip, depending on the distance traveled. If choosing to pay cashless, the one-way ticket price will be slightly reduced, ranging from 6,000 VND to 19,000 VND.

Flood drainage canal worth over 800 billion VND in Da Nang starts construction in 2025
