Many roads in Lao Cai and Yen Bai were eroded and cut off due to floods

Heavy rains in Lao Cai and Yen Bai have caused a lot of damage to houses, crops and affected production activities in the localities.

Due to the influence of the low pressure trough, it is compressed and gradually moves south because the northern continental high pressure has an axis through the North, combined with the high-altitude wind convergence area, from the night of 22 to 23 May, Lao Cai province will have moderate rain, heavy rain and very heavy rain.

Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and tornadoes has caused damage to houses and agricultural production in some places.
