Rapper Binh Gold discourages police when Audi car is blocked from work
During the 5 hours of working with the police, rapper Binh Gold drove an Audi to squeeze the car on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway, which was always twisted and refuted.
"During his time working at the Yen Bai Ward Police Station, Lao Cai Province from 11pm on July 23 to 4am on July 24, this driver was tense, refuting, and uncooperative. Through inspection, Vu Xuan Binh did not have alcohol concentration in his breath but tested positive for drugs.
During the struggle, the male driver admitted that he had previously used drugs and voluntarily took out a package of marijuana from his shirt bag to use. The case file has been transferred to Lao Cai Provincial Police for handling according to their authority, informed Major Dinh Van Son, Deputy Captain of Team 1.

In Nhan Hoa commune, Nghe An on the morning of July 24, floodwaters were still deeply flooded, in which many houses were still flooded up to the roof, buffaloes and cows were taken to the kindergarten to avoid the flood. Currently, some cattle are still being temporarily sheltered by people in the highlands. Among them, some buffaloes and cows were taken into hiding in the yard of the old Cam Son Kindergarten (in Nhan Hoa commune), many pigs were temporarily detained by local people on National Highway 7 in the area in front of the gate of Cam Son Kindergarten to avoid flooding.
Previously, due to the impact of floods, from the afternoon and night of July 23, floodwaters flooded Nhan Hoa commune. The local government and functional forces have evacuated about 7,000 households to safe places, and many properties and livestock have also been proactively relocated and raised to higher ground to reduce damage.

Police announce verification results of accusation ofap mother appropriating 20.4 billion VND in charity money
On July 24, the Investigation Police Agency of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police announced the results of handling the criminal complaint of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy about the act of Abuse of trust to appropriate property that occurred in 2024 in Nho Lam village, Thuan Nam commune, Khanh Hoa province. The Investigation Police Agency of Khanh Hoa Province Police also worked with Ms. Le Thi Thu Hoa - mother of baby award.
The verification results show that from November 4, 2024 to April 16, 2025, Ms. Hoa used more than 20.4 billion VND to pay for hospital fees and living expenses for the mother and child during their treatment at hospitals in Singapore.
