Police block and arrest the leader of a transnational drug ring, seize 60 heroin cakes
The provincial police have just broken up a transnational drug case, arrested 3 subjects, seized 60 heroin cakes and 37 kg of crystal meth.
On July 14, Nghe An Provincial Police said that the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department had presided over and coordinated with functional units to successfully dismantle a large-scale drug trafficking and transportation ring from Laos to Vietnam for consumption.
Accordingly, through the work of grasping the situation, the police force discovered a group of subjects who regularly transported drugs from Laos illegally through sub-class routes in the West of Nghe An, then transported them for consumption in the Northern provinces. The leaders of the Provincial Police have directed the establishment of a special project to fight for exterminiation.

Whale mother chases herself out of the water to hunt at Cu Lao Mai Nha beach
The image of a pair of mother and child whale launching from the sea to hunt for prey in the Cu Lao Mai Nha sea area is delighting many people and tourists.
On July 12, Ms. Tran Thi My Ha - a tour guide at Cu Lao Mai Nha (O Loan commune, Dak Lak province) - confirmed that she had recorded the moment a pair of whale mother and daughter were hunting for prey near the shore while taking visitors to watch the coral.
According to Ms. Ha, the mother whale is about 10m long, the baby whale is about 6-7m. Both continuously launch onto the water while hunting for prey.
