Teacher accused of sexually abusing female secondary school students detained
On October 12, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of Di An City Police, Binh Duong Province, said that he had detained a teacher accused of sexually abusing female secondary school students.
The person being detained is Mr. V.D.L, a teacher working at V.T.T Secondary School in Di An Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province. The leader of Di An City Police said that Mr. V.D.L was detained to investigate the crime of "Obscenity with a person under 16 years old".

Prosecution and temporary detention of the subject who threw petrol bombs at 4 banks in Phu Yen after being high on drugs
On October 12, Song Cau Town Police (Phu Yen) - announced that they had prosecuted and temporarily detained Vo Van Bang (born 2000, residing in Xuan Yen Ward, Song Cau Town) to investigate the crime of Disturbing public order. Bang was the one who threw "gasoline bombs" at 4 bank branches in the town.
According to Song Cau Town Police, Bang borrowed money online from a bank but was late in paying, so the bank terminated the loan contract to a debt collector. At around 4 a.m. on October 3, after using drugs, Bang remembered that bank employees came to his house to collect the debt, so he bought gasoline and made 12 bottles of "gasoline bombs". After that, Bang drove his motorbike to 4 bank branches and used the "gasoline bombs" to set them on fire.
