Mr. Tran Quoc Long becomes Deputy Director of Dien Bien Land Fund Development Center

Dien Bien - On the morning of April 9, the Provincial People's Committee organized a conference to announce decisions on the organizational structure and personnel of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

Dien Bien Provincial Land Fund Development Center was established on the basis of reorganizing the Land Fund Development Center (under the Department of Agriculture and Environment), together with Project Management Boards and Land Fund Development Boards in areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

The Center is a public non-business unit directly under the Provincial People's Committee, with legal status, seal and separate account to operate according to the provisions of law. In terms of organizational structure, the Center includes 2 professional departments and 4 affiliated branches.

Also at the conference, the Provincial People's Committee announced the decision on the transfer of Mr. Tran Quoc Long - Deputy Director of Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Area 1, to work at the Provincial Land Fund Development Center; appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Center. The term of appointment is 5 years, from April 8, 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Le Van Luong requested the collective of the Center and Mr. Tran Quoc Long personally to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, and quickly stabilize the organizational structure.

At the same time, proactively coordinate closely with departments, branches, and localities to effectively implement assigned tasks, especially in compensation and site clearance.
