On the afternoon of May 2, the patrol and control team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 15 (CSGT) - Hanoi Traffic Police Department, led by Captain Le Hoai Nam, carried out patrol and control tasks on Noi Bai route.
At about 15:35, when arriving at Km1 (Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district), the working group discovered a truck with license plate 14C-068.xx carrying a homemade rudimentary truck behind, carrying many buckets of iron tens of meters long, traveling on the road.
This behavior not only seriously violates transportation regulations but also poses a potential risk of leading to traffic accidents.

The working group immediately requested the vehicle to stop for inspection. The driver was identified as V.C.C (born in 1989, residing in Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province). Mr. C confessed that because the iron bunch was too long, he used homemade vehicles for transportation.
The traffic police have made a record of violations, temporarily seizing cars for handling according to regulations, and at the same time making a record with the vehicle owner (individual) on acts of handing over vehicles to people working in violations. All goods are also required to lower, not to continue circulating.
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, for the above acts, both drivers and owners will be fined nearly 6 million VND and have 2 points deducted from their driving licenses.
"During the April 30 and May 1 holidays, the unit was on duty 100% of the number of soldiers, organizing 24/7 patrols to maintain order on the roads. The inspection and handling of vehicles carrying bulky goods, illegally mixed with cassava, and towing homemade vehicles will be maintained regularly to prevent accidents and ensure safety for road users", said Lieutenant Colonel Ta Ngoc Khanh - Captain of Road Traffic Police Team No. 15.
