On January 14, the Market Management Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province said that Market Management Team No. 3 had discovered and handled 2 cases of trading in goods of unknown origin, occurring in Ba Ria city.
In particular, through a surprise inspection at the Q.T business household (Kim Dinh ward), the inspection team discovered nearly 5,700 confectionery products of all kinds without invoices or documents proving their legal origin, with a total estimated value of more than 11 million VND.
At the same time, when conducting a surprise inspection of the Q.D business household (Kim Dinh ward), the inspection team also discovered 30 rice cookers of unknown origin, without invoices or documents, with a total value of about 10.3 million VND.
All of the violating goods of the above stores have been temporarily detained and sealed for further handling according to the provisions of law.
