On May 9, a leader of the People's Committee of Nam Dong commune, Cu cut district, Dak Nong province informed that an incident had just occurred in the area where two men died, suspected to be electrocuted.
According to initial information, at around 10am the same day, people discovered two men dead in a pond in village 12, Nam Dong commune, so they reported it to the authorities.
The victims were identified as Mr. N.X.N (41 years old) and N.T.T (28 years old), both residing in Ea Tling town, Cu Jut district. The pond where Mr. N and Mr. T died was dry, with only about 30cm of water left.
Both men died while pumping water into the duck from the pond, possibly due to electric shock.
Currently, the police are verifying and clarifying the cause of the incident.
