At around 8:30 a.m. on July 24, people in the Bai Vang stream area (Huong Binh commune) discovered the body of a man next to a motorbike in the puddles.
After receiving the report, Huong Binh Commune Police coordinated with Huong Pho Commune Police to go to the scene to verify the incident.
Through inspection, the victim was identified as Mr. N.V.B (born in 1985, residing in Hamlet 4, Huong Pho Commune). The victim's body lying on the ground showed signs of falling off a motorbike in an accident.
Previously, at around 9:20 a.m. on July 19, Mr. N.V.B went to work at a company in Huong Binh commune but did not return home, so his family reported to Huong Pho commune police for help organize a search.
The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the police.
