On the morning of October 17, Hai Phong City Police learned that in the process of implementing Plan No. 878/KH-PC06-D3 dated March 14, 2024 on inspecting business establishments with security and order conditions in the city, at 10:15 p.m. last night (October 16), the authorities discovered a karaoke business establishment violating regulations.
Accordingly, the working group including Team 3, Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police - City Police coordinated with the Police Team of Administrative Management of Social Order Police - Do Son District Police, to inspect the compliance with regulations and conditions on security and order for Lan Anh Karaoke Business Establishment, located at Trung Quy Residential Group, Bang La Ward, Do Son District, Hai Phong.
At the time of inspection, Lan Anh Karaoke Business had 2 operating singing rooms with 7 customers using karaoke services, and had not yet established a management record for karaoke service business activities according to the provisions of law (stipulated at Point C, Clause 2, Article 12 of Decree 144/2021ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government).
The working group has drawn up a record of the incident and handed it over to Bang La Ward Police - Do Son District Police to guide Lan Anh Karaoke Business to comply with legal regulations related to karaoke business and handle violations according to regulations.
