With the desire to contribute to improving production capacity and improving livelihoods for female farmers, Syngenta Vietnam organized the program "Raising Vietnamese rural women - Sowing love, Reaching success" in Ninh Binh on March 24-25, with the participation of more than 140 female farmers from many northern provinces.
This is the first time the program has been organized in the Northern region, and also the third time Syngenta has implemented the initiative to support female farmers in Vietnam. The program is an opportunity for female farmers to meet, exchange production experiences and access new agricultural solutions, thereby improving farming efficiency and adapting better to changes in the production environment.

In the program, experts shared effective pest management methods, how to optimize farming processes as well as digital agricultural support tools, helping farmers be more proactive in production.
The program also spent time discussing the health and quality of life of rural women in the theme session "Love yourself properly - The secret to comprehensive care for modern rural women".
Many women said that these shares are very close to daily life, when rural women often have little time to care about their health and personal needs.
In addition, the sisters also visited the Syngenta Research Center in Ninh Binh - a place that displays and introduces many farming models and experiential activities associated with agricultural production.
Through the program "Raising Vietnamese Rural Women", Syngenta Vietnam wishes to continue to accompany female farmers in improving production knowledge, accessing modern agricultural solutions and promoting a more efficient and sustainable agriculture.
