The workshop, organized by the Department of Information Technology Industry (Ministry of Science and Technology) in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Ninh province and the Club of Faculty - Schools - Institute of Information Technology of Vietnam, focused on discussing training solutions, attracting human resources, and expanding high-quality job opportunities for local workers.

The workshop was attended by leaders of the Department of Information Technology Industry, representatives of universities, research institutes, state management agencies, experts, scientists and businesses in the field of digital technology.
At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing and sharing on: New policy orientation in attracting and developing human resources for digital technology industry in the Law on Digital Technology Industry 2025; Current status of human resource training in the digital technology industry; Demand for digital technology human resources from businesses; Solutions and recommendations to develop digital technology human resources, serving the effective implementation of the Law on Digital Technology Industry.
