On May 3, B'Lao Ward Police (Lam Dong) said that they are temporarily detaining Bui Ngoc Hau (39 years old, residing in the locality) to investigate the act of property theft.
Previously, on May 2, B'Lao Ward Police received a report from Mr. Tran Minh Kha (resident of the locality) about being broken into by thieves in his house and stealing a VIVO V30e mobile phone in the living room.
After receiving the report, the police force quickly verified, investigated, and clarified the case. Through investigation, B'Lao Ward Police determined that Bui Ngoc Hau was the person who broke into Mr. Kha's house to steal property.
At the police station, Hau confessed that due to lack of money to spend, he had the intention to take advantage of people's negligence to steal and sell for money.
During the search for the target, Hau discovered that the door of Mr. Kha's living room was open, and there was a phone on the table, so he sneaked in to steal it and quickly left the scene.
The case is being further investigated and clarified by the B'Lao Ward Police to handle according to the provisions of law.
