According to local residents, in the area near the roundabout of the High-Tech Park and the extended Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (in Lien Chieu Ward), cows run and run free at any time. This not only pollutes the environment due to cow manure stretching on the road but is also a direct cause of continuous motorbike traffic accidents, directly threatening the lives of road users. This situation has lasted for many years but has not been thoroughly handled.
Informing about this issue, the People's Committee of Lien Chieu Ward said that the locality has issued a plan to organize the capture of free-range pets in the area. The interdisciplinary force including the Ward Public Service Service Supply Center presided over and coordinated with the Ward Police, the grassroots security force and the Ward Military Command to vigorously deploy the project from November 21.
The authorities have temporarily detained 7 free-range cows without anyone to guide them. At the same time, local authorities are completing the dossier to advise on handling administrative violations against pet owners according to the provisions of law.
Lien Chieu Ward also continues to issue notices on strictly prohibiting the release of free-range animals. The ward government has sent a commitment board to each residential group to request all livestock farming households in the area to sign and commit not to let livestock get lost on the streets and public areas.
A representative of Lien Chieu Ward People's Committee affirmed that in the coming time, the Ward Public Service Service Center will continue to maintain a weekly launch force. This work will combine propaganda and mobilization and the determination to capture free-range cattle to ensure traffic safety and urban aesthetics on the northern gateway routes of the city.
