On December 10, Mr. Tran Minh Quang - General Director of Khanh Viet Corporation (Khatoco) said that on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024), the unit organized the program "Khatoco towards beloved Truong Sa".
In particular, the unit organized for the company's leadership and employees to offer incense to commemorate heroes and martyrs at the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial (Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province).
The incense offering ceremony is a tribute and remembrance of generations of Khatoco workers with deep gratitude for the heroic sacrifice of the soldiers of the Vietnam People's Army to protect the sovereignty of the Truong Sa archipelago of the Fatherland.
Along with the gratitude activity, the leadership and employees of Khatoco visited and encouraged officers and soldiers working in Naval Region 4. Here, on behalf of the collective of Khatoco employees, Mr. Tran Minh Quang presented 20 tons of ostrich meat, with a total value of 3 billion VND to officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4, military and civilians living and working in Truong Sa island district, Khanh Hoa province.
According to Mr. Quang, during 41 years of establishment and development, Khatoco has not only strived to fulfill its production and business tasks well, but also actively participated in community and social activities.
"The Khatoco program towards beloved Truong Sa is an activity with special meaning for Khatoco. Through donating 20 tons of ostrich meat to officers, soldiers and people living and working in Truong Sa, we want to send sincere feelings, sharing and gratitude from the mainland to those who are day and night protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland. This is also a strong message affirming the companionship with the army and people of the island district to build Truong Sa to develop more and more" - Mr. Quang shared.
According to Colonel Do Minh - Deputy Commander of Naval Region 4, the lives of soldiers and civilians on Truong Sa island district in recent years have received support and companionship from units across the country. The sharing, encouragement and help for officers and soldiers of Region 4 and soldiers and civilians of Truong Sa island district through Khatoco's food products are very valuable. As a beloved island district of Khanh Hoa province, Truong Sa always hopes to receive special attention and sharing from units in the province.
