On April 17, the Fire and Rescue Team No. 2 (Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, Hanoi City Police) said that the unit had just coordinated with the Vietnam Road Administration to organize a professional fire prevention and fighting and rescue training class and organize a fire fighting and rescue drill for staff and members of the grassroots Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Team at the Vietnam Road Administration (Cau Giay New Urban Area, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City).
The headquarters of the Vietnam Road Administration is a project with a scale of 14 above-ground floors and 2 basements, with a floor area of about 1,474 m2, currently with about 500 officials, civil servants, public employees and regular workers.
In addition, hundreds of people regularly come to work every day, so the requirement to ensure fire prevention and fighting and rescue is one of the tasks that unit leaders always pay attention to and prioritize.
In order to raise awareness and equip skills to handle fire and explosion situations at the grassroots level, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area No. 2, Fire and Rescue Police Department has coordinated with the Vietnam Road Administration to organize a professional fire prevention and fighting and rescue training class for staff and members of the grassroots Fire and Rescue Team and coordinate to organize fire fighting and rescue drills.
At the training class, the speaker propagated and disseminated the provisions of law on PCCC and CNCH to the trainees.
The content focuses on introducing and guiding new points in legal documents such as the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Law No. 55; Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP, Circular 136/2025/TT-BCA and current fire prevention and fighting standards and regulations.

In addition, the reporter also guided students to grasp the responsibilities of the head of the facility, the responsibilities of members of the grassroots Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Team; the risks of fire safety, common causes leading to fires and preventive measures in the areas; handling procedures, rescue skills when fire and explosion incidents occur.


Trainees are also instructed on techniques for using fire fighting equipment, skills for organizing escape, rescuing trapped people, as well as methods of coordination between grassroots PCCC&CNCH forces and the PCCC&CNCH Police force.
In particular, contents such as deploying fire fighting formations, approaching the scene in conditions with a lot of smoke and toxic gases, or handling arising situations have been guided in detail, close to reality.
In addition, to make training activities more visual and practical, the Rescue and Relief Team of Area No. 2 has coordinated with the grassroots Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Team to deploy fire fighting and rescue drills at the headquarters of the Vietnam Road Administration.
Thanks to this, trainees can directly observe the process of organizing rescue when fires and explosions occur at the facility, helping to consolidate knowledge, train bravery and better understand the process of responding and handling when fire and explosion incidents occur.


Through the training session and exercise of the plan, officials, staff, and grassroots Fire Prevention and Fighting & Rescue Teams at the Vietnam Road Administration were equipped with basic knowledge about fire prevention and fighting work; understand the causes of fires and explosions and preventive measures; and at the same time improve skills in using on-site fire fighting equipment and escape skills when incidents occur, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of the "4 on-site motto".
