    Hanoi - During the patrol, the City Police Working Group 141 discovered a young man possessing marijuana and handed it over to the ward police for handling.

    During the night patrol, Working Group 141 discovered and arrested a young man for possession of marijuana for use.

    According to information from Hanoi City Police, at around 0:20 on December 19, 2025, Working Group Y1/141 was on patrol in front of house number 10 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Cua Nam Ward and discovered two young men driving a motorbike with suspicious signs, so they stopped the vehicle for inspection.

    During the inspection, the authorities discovered a cigarette containing dry herbal medicine in the motorbike driver's bag. In the on-site struggle, the subject confessed that the above cigarette was marijuana bought for use. Rapid test results showed that the subject tested positive for marijuana.

    Currently, Working Group 141 has handed over the subject and the evidence to Cua Nam Ward Police for further investigation and handling according to the provisions of law.
