Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Along with the Certificate of Merit of the Fatherland, the Provincial Police presented more than 1 billion VND in support to the family of Martyr, Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat.

On May 8, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision and award the Certificate of Merit to the relatives of Martyr, Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat - soldier of the Mobile Police Department, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police.

Martyr, Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat (born in 2001) heroically sacrificed himself while performing the task of maintaining security and order in the area on March 3, 2025.

In gratitude to the contributions and sacrifices, on April 4, the Director of the Provincial Public Security signed a decision to promote the promotion of the non -commissioned function to the sergeant. The First Secretary of the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union also signed the decision to award the "Brave Youth" badge to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat.

On March 5, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed a Decision to posthumously award the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal to Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat. On March 28, the Prime Minister decided to award the Certificate of Merit to the relatives of the martyr and Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat.

On this occasion, the leaders of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police also sent their deepest condolences and sincere gratitude to the family of comrade Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat, hoping that the family will continue to be steadfast, promote revolutionary tradition, be a spiritual support to overcome pain together, and firmly step on the journey ahead.

On behalf of the provincial police officers and soldiers, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Hien - Deputy Director of the provincial police - presented more than 1 billion VND in support to the relatives of Martyr, Sergeant Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhat.
