Nam Dinh Provincial Police have just informed that at around 7:00 a.m. on March 28, My Ha Commune Police (Nam Dinh City) received a report from Ms. Hoang Thi K (born in 1957, residing in My Ha Commune, Nam Dinh City) about being taken advantage of by a thief while Ms. K was working in the fields, stealing an electric bicycle worth more than 7 million VND at the cemetery gate of Keo Trai village (My Ha commune).
Immediately after receiving the report, My Ha Commune Police urgently investigated and prosecuted the subject. After only 3 hours of the subjects committing the crime, My Ha Commune Police investigated and arrested two subjects, Nguyen Duc Quynh (born in 1970) and Nguyen Van Cuong (born in 1978), both residing in Binh An Commune, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam Province.
Currently, the authorities have recovered the electric bicycle as evidence of the case and are continuing to fight to expand and consolidate the records to strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
