On the afternoon of September 28, Mr. Nguyen The Hau - Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Dinh Commune (Quang Tri Province) confirmed that an electrocution accident had just occurred in the area, causing a man to tragically die.
The victim was Mr. N.A.R (born in 1990, residing in Kim Long village, Vinh Dinh commune). According to initial information, at around 1:00 p.m. the same day, while cleaning the house, Mr. R was unfortunately electrocuted. Although discovered and taken to the emergency room, the victim did not survive.
After the incident, local authorities visited and encouraged the victim's family.
According to the commune leader, Mr. R is the main pillar in a family with especially difficult circumstances. His father died in a traffic accident in 2018, his mother was elderly and weak, the youngest child had a birth disability. For many years, Mr. R alone has been responsible for raising the whole family.
