The content of the inspection focuses on exploiting the right type of mineral, for the right purpose of use, thereby preventing the situation of taking advantage of licenses to exploit against regulations.
For violating organizations and individuals, functional agencies request urgent remediation; serious violations will be handled according to legal regulations.
The Department of Industry and Trade is assigned to direct the market management force to strengthen inspection, promptly detect and handle acts of storing, transporting, and trading minerals of unknown origin; resolutely prevent illegal mining and processing activities.
The tax authority is responsible for guiding and inspecting the declaration and payment of related taxes and fees; ensuring correct and sufficient collection, not allowing revenue loss and debt; and at the same time controlling invoices and documents, strictly handling acts of fraud and legalizing illegally exploited minerals.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested commune and ward authorities to improve their responsibility in managing mineral exploitation activities; strengthen inspection, early detection and strict handling of violations related to the environment, security and order, and traffic safety.
The supervision of licensed mines needs to be carried out strictly; at the same time, promote the supervisory role of the community to promptly detect and reflect violations.
In case illegal mineral exploitation or illegal construction material yards operate for a long time without being thoroughly handled, the Chairman of the People's Committee of communes and wards will be held accountable before the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
