After that, Hai went to the address in Xom Vo, Dang Hai 9 residential group to receive goods from Cao Thi Lan Anh (born in 1990, Quy's lover). Hai An Ward Police have temporarily detained all 4 suspects Hai, Quy, Phuong, Lan Anh to establish a file for handling according to regulations.
At 2 pm on the same day, also in the ditch area of Dang Hai 9 ward, Hai An Ward Police continued to discover and arrest Phung Van Cuong (born in 1985, residing in Nam Hai 1 residential group, Hai An ward, Hai Phong).
