The "extended arm" of digital government
Recorded at the Cat Tien 3 Commune Public Administration Service Center (Lam Dong), every day there are always 4-5 youth union members on duty, supporting people to carry out procedures such as: Registering, restoring passwords of electronic identification accounts and online public service accounts.
In addition, union members also instruct people to submit documents online, look up administrative procedures and use digital utilities on smartphones easily.
Ms. Vo Thi Ly - Secretary of the Youth Union of Cat Tien 3 commune - said that from July 1 to now, the locality has mobilized more than 30 union members to form on-duty groups at the Center to support people in using public services.

The activity contributes to promoting the spirit of initiative and volunteerism of young people in digital transformation and building a two-level government. Currently, the Center welcomes an average of 50 - 55 people to complete procedures each day.
From early morning, union members of the Community Digital Transformation Team were present to support people according to their needs such as: Instructions to the right counter, support for writing documents, helping the elderly register online, restoring forgotten VNeID accounts...
People are comfortable and confident
Ms. Pham Thi Thuy - Secretary of the Ban Buon Go Youth Union (Cat Tien Commune) - said that before participating in supporting the people, youth union members had been carefully trained on how to use online public services.
When interacting with people, they always keep a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude to create trust and comfort. Thereby supporting the settlement of administrative procedures quickly and effectively.

Similarly, Ms. Pham Thi Hoa (81 years old, Da Teh commune) said that she was carefully supported by union members during the birth of her grandchild. Thanks to that, the documents are fully processed, without having to edit or travel many times.
