In harmony with the exciting emulation atmosphere in the area, on the morning of April 4, at the Cultural House of Deu 1 ward, Nghia Lo Ward People's Committee (Lao Cai province) organized a launching ceremony for the movement to build rural roads with the active participation of a large number of union members and youth.

The activity aims to practically celebrate the success of the election of the People's Councils at all levels of Lao Cai province, term 2026-2031, and at the same time promote the pioneering and voluntary role of youth in participating in local infrastructure development.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, youth union members quickly deployed to support the construction of the road connecting TDP Deu 1 to Ban Ve, with a total length of about 1km.

In difficult terrain conditions, young people are still enthusiastically participating in transporting materials and leveling ground, contributing to accelerating the progress of the project.
Regardless of the hot and hard weather, each part of the work is deployed urgently, clearly showing the spirit of "where youth are needed, youth are there; where it is difficult, youth are there"; and at the same time affirming the role of youth in building new rural areas.

The new roads gradually forming not only help people travel more conveniently but also create motivation to promote socio-economic development in the locality.
This movement continues to be a testament to the dynamism and enthusiasm of Nghia Lo youth, contributing to building an increasingly spacious, civilized, and beautiful locality.
