Tuyen Quang Police have just issued Document No. 3206/CAT-QLHC on coordinating the implementation of organizing the collection of public opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on the VNeID application.
Accordingly, the Provincial Police requested the Heads of agencies, units, People's Committees of districts and cities to direct widespread propaganda, 100% of cadres, civil servants, and workers to implement and encourage relatives to participate in giving opinions via the VNeID level 2 application.
Commune-level police establish fixed or mobile support points, implemented in the form of "examination books" depending on actual conditions.
The goal is for 100% of citizens in the province to have active level 2 identification accounts to participate in contributing opinions via the VNeID application.
Over 90% of citizens in the area participating via the VNeID application have agreed and agreed with the draft Resolution. The implementation period is from May 11 to May 25.
