Mobilizing wanted subjects in Hai Phong to surrender

    Hai Phong - On the evening of June 17, the City Police informed that Hai An Ward Police had just successfully mobilized wanted subjects to surrender.

    Hai An Ward Police successfully mobilized wanted subject Doan Xuan Ngo (born in 1990, residing in Duyen Lao village, Tien Minh commune, Hai Phong) to surrender to the Ward Police headquarters.

    Previously, Doan Xuan Ngo was issued Wanted Decision No. 11868/QDTN-VPCQCSĐT dated June 4, 2026 by the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Phong City Police for the crime of Gambling. After a period of actively implementing professional measures, combined with propaganda, mobilization, and persuasion of the subject and family, Hai An Ward Police successfully mobilized Doan Xuan Ngo to surrender to enjoy the leniency of the law.

    Currently, Hai An Ward Police have completed the procedures according to regulations, handing over Doan Xuan Ngo to the investigator to handle the case for further investigation and handling according to their authority.
