On August 21, the Coast Guard Region 3 Command held a conference to summarize the movement "Coast Guard officers and soldiers compete in implementing office culture, building a Responsible - Disciplinary - Honorable Vietnam Coast Guard, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho's soldier - Coast Guard soldier" for the period 2019-2025.
In recent times, the emulation movement at the unit has achieved many positive results, contributing to building a democratic, friendly and united working environment throughout the unit. The Region is interested in promoting military administrative reform in the direction of streamlining, quickly and effectively procedures with the motto "Sortened, concise, correct, accurate and effective advice", "Do all the work, not just do the end of the hour".
In addition, applying the military data transmission network to process electronic documents helps reduce administrative work processing time by over 90%. Agencies and units in the whole Region have improved 29 models, renewed 12 models, with over 20 initiatives, and improved techniques in the management and exploitation of ships, information systems, logistics, and techniques, bringing practical results.
At the same time, many movements such as "The Army Logistics Industry follows Uncle Ho's teachings"; "Good military nurturing unit, good military management"; "Good 5-year military medicine", "Building and managing regular, bright, green, clean, beautifulunarades" ... were effectively implemented by the Region. Many creative models and methods have been applied in practice, creating positive impressions and effects.
On this occasion, the Coast Guard Region 3 Command commended 3 groups and 5 individuals for their good achievements in implementing the emulation movement, period 2019-2025.
