At about 3 am on March 27, a container truck carrying water paint with Ho Chi Minh City license plate was traveling on Do Muoi street, moving in the direction from Song Than intersection to Ga intersection. When turning into the Binh Phuoc intersection roundabout (belonging to Hiep Binh ward), the vehicle suddenly encountered an incident causing many paint boxes on the truck to fall and spill onto the road.
The time the incident occurred was early morning, the road was deserted, so no one fell or was affected. The male driver (over 40 years old) broke the door and escaped, suffering minor injuries.
Around 5 am, traffic police and functional units were present to divert traffic and regulate traffic. Workers were also mobilized to pour sand and clean the paint on the road surface to prevent slipping and prevent pedestrians from falling.

By nearly 8 am on the same day, the container truck that encountered the incident was towed away from the scene, and traffic through the intersection area stabilized again.
