Specifically, on June 8, Hung Dao Ward Police discovered and worked with 5 teenagers who arbitrarily changed the structure of electric motorbikes against regulations. The cases include: B.D. Q (born in 2011), N.H. T (born in 2009), B.D. H (born in 2007), N.Q. B. T (born in 2009, all residing in Hung Dao ward, Hai Phong) and B.V. H (born in 2006, residing in Phu Lien ward, Hai Phong) who arbitrarily installed additional parts not in accordance with the original design to increase speed and change vehicle form. This is a violation of the law, posing a potential risk of causing insecurity and traffic unsafety.
These cases have realized their violations, committed to restoring the current status of vehicles and not re-offending. Hung Dao Ward Police have also worked with families, requesting to strengthen management, educate children, and closely coordinate with the Police force to prevent law violations among teenagers.
